Back in 2018, the Booking.com guest reviews aware came out and and we won. Central Belfast Apartments was recognised then and still is now, as providing the best serviced apartments in Belfast! These awards go out based on customer reviews, and since 2018, we have continued to grow year on year to who we are and what we offer today. No judging panel, just our guests that we have welcomed over the years to our serviced accommodation – we were proud back then and we remain proud to this day.
Each Booking.com guest that stays with us is asked by the website to leave a review for the apartment out of 10 after they leave. Over the year, all the hundreds of reviews are averaged and a final score is determined. It is for this reason that these review awards mean so much to me. It is genuine recognition from the most important people (our guests) that we are doing the right things and have the right attitude and approach to customer service.
This is not a sprint but a marathon, and shows we work consistently hard for our guests all year round and in all of our apartments. Every guest in every one of our apartments is shown the same level of customer service and attention before, during and after their stay. Each apartment’s award is achieved independently and on its own specific reviews. Therefore, our guests can have confidence that they will experience fantastic short term accommodation in any of our apartments when they book with us.
Our top performing apartments are 54 Citygate and 4 Fitzrovia . They both achieved 9.9 out of 10. It really doesn’t get much better than that! This is an amazing achievement for 4 Fitzrovia, especially considering it only launched in January 2018!
Some of these apartments have been welcoming guests for 10 years and have maintained the consistently high review scores throughout that entire time. Belfast Apartment (Awarded 9.8) has welcomed literally thousands of guests since it opened as one of the first AirBnBs in Belfast. Belfast seemed like a smaller city back then and there were certainly fewer serviced apartments to compete with. Now there are literally hundreds of Air BnBs and other hotels in Belfast. This makes the achievement of this old favourite even more impressive. It can go up against the new kids on the block and still wipe the floor with them!
The apartments themselves certainly play the biggest part in making our guest’s stays enjoyable and therefore contributing to the review scores. First of all, they are all great apartments! They are in
fantastic city centre locations , within walking distance of supermarkets and best shopping centres . Almost on your doorstep you’ll find best bars and restaurants in Belfast . They’re close to all the top attractions like Titanic Museum , St George’s Market, Ulster Museum, Game of Thrones and Giant’s Causeway tours and Political history tours . They all have parking facilities as well as free WI-FI and free Netflix to use while you’re staying. What more could you need?
