Monster Manor is back! And it’s even spookier than last year! With singing pumpkins, dancing skeletons, floating ghosts, witches and monsters have been joined by some new phantom friends this year.

Some new rooms have been uncovered in the mansion where new scares await! It may be really spooky and a little bit eerie, but Monster Manor is a whole lot of fun.

The scariest time of the year is upon us and the Ulster Folk & Transport Museum is ready to welcome a host of witches, ghosts and ghouls and all their young apprentices.

Spooky Hallowe’en at the Ark Open Farm
Come along and join a very popular Hallowe’en event and meet Lena the witch in her den and visit all her creepy crawlies.

Lena is a very friendly witch and is on hand to tell spooky stories and let children interact with lots of her little mini beasts living in her den.

Follow the pumpkin trail and win a chocolate pumpkin on a stick or hop on the ghost train for more spooky fun.

Please wear warm suitable outdoor clothing as the pumpkin hunt and the ghost train ride are outdoors.

Come in fancy dress and enter the competition for the best Halloween costume.

Ghouls & Gruffalo’s Welly Walk
Join us on Friday 27th Oct – Wed 1st Nov for a story telling session of the best selling Children’s Book before meandering through the forest on a guided forest walk from our energetic staff. Try and find the Ghosts & Ghouls en route! On return to the forest park building you can pick your own pumpkin from our Pumpkin Patch and carve it into your own lantern to use for Halloween. On departure collect your ‘I have met the Gruffalo Certificate’ & Sticker.
